Here are the fees:

♥ Concierge services & event planning
     $25 - $75.00 per hour is the average fee
     (two hour minimum)
♥ Staging, decluttering, curb appeal
     $500.00 is the average fee for a day
     (1/2 day minimum)
♥ Consults for staging & decluttering
     $150.00 for a 1 hour home visit
     (per visit fee)
     photos & written plan included

♥ Furniture rental is priced separately

♥ We strive to mulit-task! Regardless of the work requested we will schedule the

tasks efficiently in order to keep the time to a minimum.

♥ Due to the unpredictable nature of certain jobs a retainer may be required in

advance. Our fee will be discussed and mutually agreed upon in advance.
Any funds over our fee will be immediately refunded to the client.
