After the stock market crash yesterday, saving money is on everyone's mind. Here is a timely article from WebMD that lists 15 foods that are both nutritious, and cheap. At $2 or less for a packet, each of these foods allow you to continue eating healthy in these cash strapped times. The article not only lists the foods, but also gives you nutritional information, and ideas to incorporate them into your meals. I was happy to see that we bought 10 of these foods regularly!
