| | | SubTopics: | Painting, Crafts | | Ages: | Toddler, Preschool, K-5th Grade, Tweens | | By: | HBragdon |
Do you have some budding young artists in your family? Do they adore paint, crayons, chalk, paper and everything in between? Then find some space in your home for this great Standing Easel from Melissa & Doug. It has a chalkboard on one side and a dry erase board on the other. It also has 4 easel clips and a locking paper roll holder with cutter. And it's height-adjustable for your miniature Monets! You will use it for years to come... Most independent toy stores have it for $50- $60, but Amazon typically has it for only $30 around the holidays so snap it up quick! You can buy the companion supply kit and paper rolls to be ready for those cold and rainy days ahead! Want more creative toy ideas? Try letting your kids become an author with Illustory, some cool magnetic builders called Magna Tiles, get creative and Design your own Plate, a fun Soft Sided Indoor Playhouse, creative fill-in Coloring Books, Color Wonder products from Crayola, Roz Streeten's fabulous coloring books, one stop craft projects in a box, no mess AquaDoodle and wonderful Wikki Stix.

We have this and we love it - we've used lots of easels more expensive than this one and none were as good. I LOVE Melissa and Doug!
Einstein presumably worked at a desk, not an easel.
Ikea has a good kids easel in this price range too.
Thanks so much for this tip! I just ordered the easel on Amazon for $25.99 and free shipping! I saw this easel in the store over the weekend for almost $60.....now we'll have it by Christmas at half the price!
