As you can tell, I'm geting ready to take off on a trip and looking for info to help prepare me and the family. Jetlag is always such a struggle when traveling. Here's an article with a quick list of tips to help overcome jetlag with ease.

The author's first tip is one that I always have trouble dealing with considering I'm typing this up at 1am. 

"Start off the trip well rested: If you are anything like me, the days before you leave on a big trip is like cramming for finals. If you were not already busy enough, you now have to pack everyone's bags, clean the house, pay the bills, stop the mail....the to do list seems endless. It is tempting to stay up late and expect to catch up on sleep..."

Don't I know it! My kids go back and forth from Hawaii to the East Coast three times a year and that six hour time difference kills us all! Great tip.
