This quaint Italian restaurant is tucked away in Roslindale Square. In the summer time, they break out the al fresco seating in a little courtyard area.

Kids are always welcome there. We tend to go earlier in the evening before the cocktail crowd gets in high gear. Their kids menu is simple, but sufficient: ziti with marinara or cheese or a grilled cheese sandwich. They also have single-serving pizzas that are kid friendly (might need to split them between 2 kids). This is our go-to place when we really want a nice family night out close to home, but also want great food (and maybe a good glass of wine).
