We have the Logitech Harmony #670.  It's silver and really sleek looking.  You go to their website and choose all the devices that you have in your family room and plus the codes in.  Then you sync the remote with the site and you are good to go!

When you want to watch TV - press TV.  When you want watch a movie press MOVIE.  When you want to listen to the iPod press IPOD.  It's a great convenience for us, and ever more so for babysitters or when my parents come to visit (no more having to explain how things work on the TV anymore).

The Logitech site has hundreds of device brands to choose from so you are almost sure to find all the components in your entertainment system in there.

There are a number of different models that range from about $79 - $169.  We got the Harmony #670 on Amazon for $89.99 and it really makes like much easier.
