There are tons of restaurants and other businesses that give you free stuff on your birthday. You can see a list of over 100 restaurants that give you free stuff on your birthday.

Some places have free birthday offers just for kids while others are for both kids and adults. A few of the free birthday offers are only good with the purchase of other items but several are outright free items with no other purchase nessesary.

Usually you will need to sign up for the email or birthday club on the restaurant's website. Sign up well ahead of your birthday to make sure you are included in time to receive your free offer. Be sure to check with additional places where you are located to see if they have free birthday offers as well.

Most offers will be sent to you by email and a few are sent by regular mail. Some are good only on the day of your birthday while others can be used within a week or so of your birthday.

I recently received some free birthday offers and enjoyed a free burger at Red Robin and free ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery, no other purchases nessesary. I  received several other offers but never got around to using them. One of these was a free complete steak dinner at Black Angus!

Several places will send also you additional offers year round just for signing up for their email club.

If the birthday offer is from a national chain be sure and check with your local restaurant to make sure they are participating.
