Do you often receive in the mail business cards with a magnet on the back? I have gotten them from restaurants (especially pizza places, for some reason), realtors, paint stores, banks, pharmacies, physicians offices, etc. Sometimes, they have them lying around near a cash register for you to take. I used to toss them out rather than have them clutter up my refrigerator, then I realized that they are easily cut with scissors to any shape. Your child can glue just about anything to the front with tacky glue or hot glue, or your child can draw or paint a small picture and glue it to the magnet. Voila! A homemade refrigerator magnet. Or glue a picture of your child to the front, and you have an instant gift for Grandma!
