I had strange craving for tortellini soup tonight, and I didnt have the ingredients for my own Easy Yummy Tortellini Soup (see recipe here). So I just made up this recipe, and it is so good, even the kids love it!
1 can turkey broth
1 can seasoned chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 can fulls of water
heaping handful of raw carrot pieces and raw onion pieces
2 cloves minced garlic
seasoning to taste-I used Adobo seasoning
grated parmesan cheese to taste
Bring all of the above to a boil. Meanwhile, cut 1 pound boneless chicken into bite size chunks, season as desired and brown in skillet. When soup is boiling, throw in 1 bag of cheese tortellini and cook about 7 minutes. As soon as the chicken is cooked through, throw into the soup. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. Enjoy! Add a salad for good health and bread for sopping up the extra soup.
