Things I don't Like
~ I don't see any medical information backing up the plan. That said, they allow dieters to eat a wide variety of healthy foods so I don't see any real issue with the plan medically speaking.
~ Some days are heavy on fruit and vegetables, which can get old after a little while.
~ They don't let you eat ice cream!
~ There is not a support group, although there are many diet support groups online so one should be easy enough to find if that's your thing.
Overall, I'm pretty impressed with Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Like any other diet, you've got to actually follow it to lose weight. This diet does allow for a lot of flexibility though. It's well explained and easy to follow.
