It's a great place to check out if you are considering starting Atkins and poeple are always willing to provide honest information.  If you are on the diet, it's a wonderful place to go to get recipes, support, and to just talk to people who are doing the same thing as you. 

They have a section with before and after photos of people who have lost a lot of weight on the Atkins Diet. If you are using this diet and need some motivation to keep going, it's worth it just to see how far other people have come.
