Chocolate for doing better at math?  A new research study from the British Psychological Society finds that a chocolate drink containing cocoa flavonols in different amounts helped participants of the study perform significantly better than the control group at solving an arithmetic problem.  The participants also reported less fatigue as compared to the control group.  Researchers theorize that the cocoa flavonols in the chocolate drink increase cereberal blood flow that in turn help in doing better at mentally challenging tasks such as math problems.

Women have instinctively known that chocolate is good for them.  The next time you reach for a chocolate bar before a stressful meeting, or give chocolate milk to your kids for breakfast, don't fret.  You have the science to back you up now!
