Subjects currently include: Technology, Counseling, Educaiton, Health, Arts, Business and Spirituality. Each expert maintains their own fee schedule and best of all is that potential customers can read current reviews on the "experts". 

The site is very user friendly and if you are an expert in one of the aforementioned topics, the site will walk you through how you can be on their panel. I haven't done this yet, but it appeared quite easy. This is also a great way for stay at home moms, who may have an expertise, to make some cash!
