I recently saw these cupcakes at a baby shower and thought they were just the cutest things.  Regular little cupcakes decorated like a baby's face!  You can frost them with either a pink or blue bow at the chin and they'd be equally adorable!

They seem like they would be super easy to make too.  Now that I think of it, it would be a nice way to welcome a new mom home as well.
