Many communities in the Seattle area are offering free movies this summer. Many of these are outdoor movies offered in parks. No matter where you live, chances are you can find these in your area. There are places in the north, south and central that are particiapting. Check the list here: Free movies this summer to find a location near you. If you can't find your area on the list, check with your local city or parks department.

If you have never done this before, I highly recommend it. Pack a picnic, some blankets, pillows and stretch out beneath the stars. You won't regret it.

The movies are mostly older films, but they are family friendly. This is a great way to have some fun this summer for free.
