Here I go again with another Trader Joe's favorite - but as I sit here eating one, I just had to share. 

Trader Joe's frozen dessert section boasts many excellent choices (Chocolate Lava Cakes are another favorite) - but today I highlight their frozen Apple Strudel.  I love them. 

You heat them up in a 425 degree oven from frozen.  Takes about 30 minutes (although it tells you longer - set it for about 35 minutes and then turn off the oven a few minutes early to prevent over browning).

One is more than enough to share - they are pretty good sized and come two to a package. 

They taste great by themselves or you can adorn them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and just enjoy the flavor explosion.
