This may seem like a strange topic, but it is close to home for us. It was really hard to find info on the web about this, so I wanted to post what I found here.  I was relieved to find out that my husband's nipples bleeding all down his shirt was likely NOT cancer.  Scary thought!

He works long hours in a food plant with a uniform. He is always sweating and goes through several undershirts per day.  So, yesterday, he looked down and saw blood on his shirt.  Then, on the other side.  He realized his nipples were bleeding!

He obviously changed his shirt and didn't know what else to do.

On the website that is sited, there is information on why this happens as well as tips for prevention and treatment.

1) Use bandaids - the small round ones, so as not to interfere with chest hair

2) Use nipguards - not sure where to find these, but if someone else does, go ahead and post it in the comments section

3) apply cream - they say "vaseline," but I'm sure aquaphor would be wonderful, since it works for everything else in this house.  He hasn't tried "udder cream" because we're past that stage of nursing babies in this house, but I'm sure that would be great, too

Hope this was useful!
