If you are staying in a place where every detail has been thought out and service is of utmost priority then casual dining has a new meaning.  At the White Elephant, you can plan to have a picnic basket packed for you.  Take your basket to the beach or head out on one of the the, newly available to White Elephant guests, Barton & Gray Hinckley yachts at sunset for a picnic on the boat.  The children are always excited about a picnic, but a picnic on the boat was pure heaven for them.  They enjoyed their Nantucket Nectars juice and dined on fresh cut veggies and perfectly trimmed peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.  My husband and I enjoyed a delicious roasted salmon over greens and tasty steak sandwich.  As a finishing touch, we had Elephant shaped sugar cookies.
