I have to admit, as much as I avoid eating at the fast food chains, every now and then I get a craving for a Big Mac or some other fat-ridden, calorie laden meal. But these days the pounds don't shed easy, so I started to look for ways to satisfy these cravings. It didn't take long for me to find this link, which has recipes on it that closely resemble the original food itself. There are only four, because I am guessing they want you to buy the book, Fast Food Fix, which has 75 recipes. But, the four that are there are good enough for me because it's really only the burgers and potatoes that I crave. Look at the secret ingredient of McDonald's special sauce. If you're interested in buying the book, go to half.com (another great site) and you can pick it up for around seven dollars.
