No Bake Banana Eclair Cake Recipe

I had a bag of vanilla wafers that wasn't being eaten, so I found this recipe for yummy, quick, easy, no bake Banana Eclair Cake.

Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish with vanilla wafers. Make instant chocolate pudding (I use sugar free, fat free-it tastes the same) and layer over wafers. Add a layer of sliced bananas. Let sit a few minutes, then add a layer of reduced fat Cool Whip. Repeat all the layers, but change to either vanilla pudding or banana pudding. For the top, microwave a plastic tub of chocolate frosting until it's runny. Pour over the top, smooth to edges. Refrigerate at least one hour before cutting.

This looks delicious and easy to make. It would be good to take to work or church suppers.
