I can't wait to try this olive spread from Racheal Ray. She said her mom used to make it all the time, and it sounds great. This website even has a video clip to show you how to make it. Yummy! On her show, though, she didn't spread it on crackers-she spread it on capocolla, then rolled up genoa salami and ham and rolled the whole thing around a skinny breadstick and a celery stalk for a huge snack or appetizer. Looked mouth-watering!
