Here's an informative site for a number of interesting uses for q-tips. Since we buy them at Costco we have a huge supply on hand. I had always used them for cleaning electronics or touching up paint and so on, but I hadn't really thought about other applications, such as using one to light hard to reach candle wicks or removing dust from picture frames. There are numerous applications for make-up, crafts, and kids. The comments at the end are pretty good as well. Like the one that suggests using them to clean the refrigerator folds in the door.
