The New England Sand Sculpting Festival (NESSF) is held annually at Revere Beach. the NESSF is the largest event of its kind in New England and still reins as one of the premier events for sand sculptors all over the world. This year's event will be held Friday, July 6, 2007- Sunday, July 15, 2007. this is a family oriented event that has garnered both national and international media attention over the last 3 years. All of the proceeds raised during the NESSF go directly towards funding programs for the Revere Beach Partnership.
Saturday, July 14th
8:00am – 4:00pm New England Sand Sculpting Master Sculptors Competition
10:00am – 9:00pm New England Sand Sculpting Festival
8:00am – 6:00pm People’s Choice Judging
Awards Dinner at 6:00pm
Awards announced at 8:30pm (at bandstand)
Fireworks at 9:00pm
Sunday July 15th
10:00am – 6:00pm New England Sand Sculpting Festival
12:00pm – 2:00pm Appearance by Tim Thomas
Public parking and shuttle information
The best way to get to the Festival is by train take the blue line to the Revere Beach T Stop. However we will provide a shuttle bus running continusously from Suffolk Downs Parking Lot to the festival on Saturday, July 14th from 12pm to 10pm.
