Hullabaloo is a perfect gift for a 4 year old.  It has been making the rounds at all the 4 year old birthday parties this spring and everyone loves it.  We have had ours for 2 years and both of our kids [4 & 7] adore it.  And it doesn't require any parental involvement....!  The basics of the game are this: you spread 16 floppy pads all over the floor and turn on the talking, music playing base and it tells you what to do.  Think of it as Twister on steroids - the kids love it.  We love all the Cranium games - they are really unique and fun.
