Here's a five minute way to make food and snacks yummier for the next week or two. Make honey butter, keep in the fridge. It lasts as long as regular butter (or margarine), but adds a wonderful taste to toast, pasta, vegetables or anything you normally butter.
2 cups butter or margarine
3/4 cups honey
if desired, 2 to 3 tablespoons cinnamon
Soften butter slightly, stir all together, form into log and cover with plastic wrap or put into small tupperware and cover. Refrigerate.
