Cruciferous vegetables, which may cause baby to be gassy, such as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, garlic, apricots and melon.  Also, avoid caffeine (coffee, tea, soda) and alcohol.

This is mostly true when the baby is first born (I had stuffed cabbage when my first son was just 4-5 days old, and his gas was so explosive!) - Once the baby is 2-3 months old, what you eat doesn't effect them as much, especially if you exercise moderation.
