CVS pharmacy and the Consumer Product Safety Commission have issued a recall for the Playskool Toddler No-Spill Sippy Cup because there have been reports of several children chewing through the plastic spout and choking or nearly choking. The 8-oz. cups were sold by CVS pharmacies from September 2006 through April 2007. Parents should be able to bring the cups to any CVS to get a refund.
