I've been having a hard time keeping my youngest daughter adequately hydrated this summer and ran into some painful constipation issues.  I found giving her plenty of clear fluid has helped and Yummi Bears Fiber from Hero has been very helpful (it's also allergen & gluten free).  The bears are tasty and her problem really turned around in a few days!
