We flew Jet Blue for the first time last week and were very impressed.  They had the cheapest rate, but they also turned out to be very family friendly.  We were able to board first because our daughter is under five.  The flight attendants were especially nice to her, which is always a real plus with me.  We didn’t need it, but the restrooms both had infant changing tables.  The only downside was the inflight television because the only kid channel was Nickelodeon (although my daughter watched Food TV).  We got drinks and a snack and free headphones.  I also like the fact that their planes are newer, unlike some airlines that have cheap rates but fly old planes.  And our flights were all on time.  What more can you ask for?
