Britax has recalled its Decathlon child safety seats (Model No. E9L47) that were made Feb. 2005 through July 2007.  Apparently, when the harness adjuster strap is pulled from a side angle, the adjuster can move out of position inside the shell housing, making it difficult to properly harness the child.  They have not received any reports of injuries because of this defect, but Britax will send owners two push rivet fasteners to secure the adjuster to the child restraint.
