Check out Verill Farms in Concord, MA.  They sell fresh produce, vegetables and even homemade food and they also host various types of festivals.  They don't have an apple orchard but they do have homegrown pumpkins.  They also sell their locally grown items to some Boston restaurants too  - yummy stuff.  Their festivals are very family friendly and you can also rent the farm for parties too.
