 Every where we look we see trees and since there are so many trees we never think about them disappearing. We seldom stop to look at how beautiful they are. We just assume they will always be here. Well if we don’t start reducing our paper usage then they will disappear. It probably won’t be in our lifetime, but we have to think about our children, our grandchildren and so on. There are many ways we can reduce our paper usage. - Cancel all catalog subscriptions.

- Instead of print magazine subscriptions switch to the online version.
- Use e-mail instead of faxes.
- Use direct deposit.
- Sign up for e-statements and get your statements and bills through e-mail.
- Cancel your newspaper subscription and read news online.
- Use your debit card instead of writing checks.
- Read library books instead of buying new books.
