On a recent Holiday House Tour in Newburyport, I fell in love with local Massachusetts artist, Pete McKee's artwork.  His paintings were proudly displayed in his son's beautiful home along the Merrimac River.

The painting  I fell in love with (and purchased) is of the Motif #1, in Rockport, Ma.  It's not your typical depiction of this heavily painted building in New England, with it's bold colors.  I have never seen a picture quite like this and I just HAD to have it.  My next purchase will be Border Patrol....it's cool!
