I cannot even begin to count how many pretty blank journals I have lying around the house.  I always have the best of intentions...WELL, this year, things have changed!  My good friend gave me the "10 Year Journal."  It is a beautifully bound journal.  Each page is the same date but has space for ten years.  Each day's space, fits about 5 sentences with the option of more space at the end of the journal.  As a bonus every time you start a new year you can look back at what you were doing exactly a year ago, two years ago, etc.  It is the BEST!  It is so low pressure, I have filled in everyday since the new year began!
