I was injured recently...yes, carrying cherub downstairs...well, it's a long story and longer recovery...but I used my old boppy to sit on for a few weeks during my yoga practice to help me along. It was really perfect!!! :)
The Boppy is awesome! Just make sure you look at the recalls before getting one... some of the covers got recalled a couple of months ago.
