Best Friends Sanctuary is located in the beautiful Angel Canyon. They have over 1,500 rescued animals just about  every type including birds, critters, kittens and much more. Visitors can spend hours playing with the animals, taking them for walks, etc. There are on-site cottages where you can spend a night for a moderate price. Three beautiful national parks are located two hours' drive from the Sanctuary.
