I just discovered that Ian's Natural Foods has a new line of Frozen Cheeseburgers (great for kids, but great tasting for anyone).  They are along the lines of the White Castle cheeseburger (which are also pretty good), but the Ian's burgers are much meatier and they taste (& smell) pretty amazing.  Kind of like they are right off the grill.   I've been serving these with a side of veggies w/ cheese and they kids really like them. 

Just a minute in the microwave and you are ready to go.
