A few months ago I was in need of some cool mom shoes  - funky & trendy to wear for a night out with my husband but without the achy feet.  I had to go to Payless to get new ballet slippers for my daughter (which by the way are just as good as the fancy ones you get at those dancewear stores).  After finding my dd's ballet slippers I browsed around just to check out the cheapo flip flops and stumbled across a pair of hot dark red heels that were sooo comfortable.  I wore them all night and not a complaint plus the kitten heel gave me the sexy, hip trendy look I wanted.  Plus they only cost $19.99 but currently they are on sale for $14.99 and come in different colors.  Here is the description from the website: "This elegant, yet whimsical kitten heel features a pretty patent upper with a glamorous top strap that fastens with one covered button. The footbed is padded for comfort and the outsole is lightweight and flexible. Manmade materials."  I am not a fan of man made materials but these were great - check them out.
