My local news did a segment about this program a few months ago called Baby Plays.  The woman who created this is a mom whose son needed new stimulation but constantly buying new toys was too much to keep up so she created this toy rental program.  All the info is on the website but basically there are different levels of membership where it is based on how many toys you want to select on the website.  You can have them for as long as you want and then send whatever you don't want back to the company.  Everything is sanitized, no recall toys and are new condition.  If your child seems to really like a particular toy you can purchase that at a discount price.  It is a great concept and the price of the various memberships is very reasonable.  Everything is done online and toys go from infant up to age 5. It's worth checking out.
