• The Childbirth Education Association offers five classes: Childbirth Preparation, Breastfeeding, Baby Care, Dogs and Babies, and the Childbirth Weekend Accelerated Course.

• Scripps Clinic offers a Lamaze Childbirth Class.

• The Blessings of Birth offers a class on hypnobirthing.

• Scripps Memorial Hospital has a two session preparation course on childbirth.
  

• The Palomar Medicial Center and Birth Center and Babies in Bloom both offer breastfeeding classes.

• Bringing Home Baby is a new workshop designed for both parents.

• Other Scripps centers also offer Basic Training for New Dads, Infant Massage and Adjusting to Parenthood courses.
