Everyone wants value and quality when it comes to eating out. I believe that Red Robin is the best in the buisness for overall value, quality and service for a national chain restaurant. It starts at the front desk in the lobby, where a smiling young person asks how many in your party, and tell you how long the wait will be. We have never waited more than 15 minutes. The decor inside is very visually stimulating, with pictures from all sorts of pop culture everywhere you look. When seated, the waiter/waitress arrives quickly and asks for your drink orders first. They come back quickly with the drinks and ask if you are ready. We usually are, because we usually order the same things. I get the Califonia Chicken Burger which is really a char broiled breast, topped with Jack cheese, guacamole, bacon and other trimmings. It is hands down the best chicken sandwhich around. My wife gets the Salmon Chips and fries (which are bottomless for everyone!) and the kids get cheesburgers. We have tried other delicious entree's as well, such as the Shrimp and Cod duo, Asian Chicken Salad, Whiskey River chicken Wrap and others. In all, there are over 26 burgers to choose from, as well as 26 other Salads and Entree's. Also, a great kids menu, and the desserts look good, but we are usually too full to try one. The Staff is very friendly, and attentive to the guests, and there are always plenty of them. Let me state: I do not work there, own any company stock, and have no other affiliation with Red Robin, I am just a satisfied and pleased customer. Great Value for your hard earned money! They offer gift cards online, as well as an e-club online. I think they live up to these values, and I will continue to visit their restaurant as long as they do. Our family heartily reccomends you visit your local eatery, and enjoy them as much as us. (we visit the Citrus Heights location most, but have been 2-3 other locations and it is always the same:Great!
