How connected are you to extended family? We have family ALL over the planet...and keeping in touch can be really hard. We just started a family site on Freewebs to keep friends and family aware of all the goings on in our lives. There are many ways to do this, but we really like how easy this website program is and family has commented about how wonderful it is to just stop by at anytime and see what we're up to. The girls are starting to post ideas, poems and pictures they choose now too...I may lose this site to them in a few months!
SamYJake May 4, 2008 I have family all over the US too so I was interested in this. But the site really isn't free if you want it ad free for your family. Plus the storage space is limited for photos. So for a simple blogging site this would be fine. But for online sharing of photos etc. not so much.
