Did you know that the New England Aquarium has summer day camp for kids in grades 4-9 in July and August? Harbor Discoveries is "an interactive marine and environmental science program that incorporates traditional camp activities. ... Programs include behind –the-scenes activities in New England Aquarium galleries, excursions to Boston Harbor Islands, daily field trips to north and south shore habitats, and an overnight experience." Camp hours are 9-5 with a sleepover on Thursday and camp ends on Friday at 1. The cost is $600/week for members, $650/week for nonmembers. Summer camp registration begins in January and spots fill quickly.
