I have a wonderful tip for anyone that has a pet and needs to get that smell out of the carpet or rug.

You mix half and of water and rubbing Alcohol together and spray on the spot and when the rubbing alcohol evaporates so does the stain this also works on the bathroom mirror use the rubbing alcohol only on a tissue to wipe the mirror and no more fogging mirror after the shower.

No kidding!!!!!!!! I have to try this as my little doggies have not liked the rain we've been having and having a field day on my bedroom rug...yulk...I will try this. Thanks!
