This is a great article. Even though I'm an educated person and usually level-headed, when I have had minor car accidents I have never been sure exactly what to do. This is a list of 10 must-dos. The article reminds us that it might be hard to remember everything on the list, but reading through it occassionally will definately be better than nothing. There are also some good practical tips such as keeping a pad and pen and a disposable camera in the car in case you need them. I might even print this article and leave it in my glove compartment.
