This is a gem of a neighborhood spot - with two features that don't usually come with a family-friendly, relaxed and casual joint...GREAT food and music! Our pre-schooler loves the red beans and rice, and tears actually came to my eyes when I sampled the soft-shell crab po-boy. My husband is partial to the shrimp po-boy and the crawfish etouffee, and we all love the pistolettes - decadent puffy rolls that they serve plain, with a crawfish stuffing, or as dessert with pecans and caramel. To DIE for. They have great music, sometimes Cajun, always good, and our kiddo loves to dance and clap for the band. Prices are reasonable, the menu is consistent, and this is our go-to place when we don't know what to do for dinner.
