The sitter is booked, and you and your spouse are looking forward to a nice, adult-oriented meal out on the town - but where to go? Next door to the swanky Vespaio is its romantic, more casual counterpart, Enoteca. A warm, brick and wood room feels sophisticated but not stuffy, and they have a patio area for people watching on warm summer nights. The food is wonderful - inventive wood-fired pizzas (try the arugula and prosciutto with a truffled egg), delicious pastas (the puttanesca is a party in your mouth), great salads (the spinach with gorgonzola dolce!), and panini, as well as a deli case full of house made delights. They bake amazing breakfast and dessert treats, and have a pretty good wine list, to boot.
