Everyone deals with stress. Parents have their children. Adults have jobs and students have their exams. However, stress doesn’t have to take over ones life. Some ideas to help take ones mind off the stress can be: • Take up a relaxing hobby. • Exercise (Run, Swim, Bike or do all 3!). • Eat a small snack (fresh fruit or a vegetables). • Watch TV for a short amount of time. • Go online but don’t get distracted. • Read a chapter of a book. There are plenty of other productive things one can do to take their mind off of work for a while. Finding one that works for you is the trick so your work can get done without feelings too overwhelmed.
