Pomegranate juice is the hottest thing in healthy eating now. It is supposed to lower cholesterol, prevent some cancers and heart disease, and lots more. If you want to read more, just google it and a zillion articles pop up. So here is a collection of recipes using fresh pomegranates and pomegranate juice. Some of them are simple and quick, and most of them sound delicious. (If you never ate a pomegranate, it tastes a little like cranberries, or like very sour oranges). This is definately a fruit I have not used in cooking before, but I'm going to start with these recipes.
