| +12 | Help Paying for Pet Health Care |
With prices of everything going up, if your pet gets sick or injured, you might be less able to help him. This terrific article has ten ways to get discounted pet health care or to get financial assistance paying for health care. Some ideas we might never have thought of on our own include looking for clinical trials at vet schools, and applying to the Helping Pets Fund or the Humane Society Grant program. Give the article a quick read, then bookmark it so you can come back to it should an awful thing happen. Comments
I need help for my kitten who was given to me by a coworker. When I took him to the vet, we found out she was a boy and he has a hernia. It will cost $300 to pay for the hernia and to him fixed. I can't afford it due to I have triplets that are 9 years old, not including mortgage, bills, etc....Does anyone know of a way for me to get help for Frisky (our kitten).
Great tip! With all the foreclosures and horrid stories about abandoned pets, this is helpful to many families facing difficult times. At the same time, people are buying their "designer" puppies from puppies stories unaware of the inhumanity. I wrote about it in my blog http://www.aboutaliciagrecco.blogspot.com
Thanks!
